About this wine
In the fall, the “Föhn wind” replaces the warm maritime climate and is the winegrower’s true ally, always helping to fully ripen the grapes on the steep slopes. The grapes are softly pressed and fermented in a temperature-controlled procedure. The aging is done in stainless steel tanks.
Color: Bright yellow with green tones
Nose: Subtle hints of nutmeg, citrus, ripe apple, mirabelle plum
On the palate: Smooth, slightly salty entry, sparkling-fresh mid-palate, voluptuous body, fruity-fresh and lasting finish, slightly mineral
Aperitif, appetizers, fish, white meat
