From a variety of exquisite small vineyards of Switzerland
Pinot Noir and Gamay
About the wine
The grapes are fermented separately. Further expansion is then carried for about 6 months in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by the marriage of the two grape varieties. The assembling of different grape varieties has a long tradition in Switzerland. The Pinot Noir gives the wine body and elegance, the Gamay fruit and liveliness.
Flavors of red berry, such as raspberries and blueberries and subtle mocha. On the palate a fruity opening, slightly, medium body, very fine tannins with plenty of fruit. Harmonious finish.
Red meat, barbecue, fondue bourguignon, chicken dishes, grilled trout.
