The ‘ai Brughi’ vineyard is situated 400 m above sea level in the municality of Comano, where it receives optimal south/southwestern exposure. The grapes are only made into wine during Comano’s good years and are pressed according to Bordeaux’s famous style. This means a long fermentation process followed by 20 months of aging in barrels (small 225-liter oak barrels ). After a few years of storage in bottles, it is these barrels that give the wine a balanced flavor and the aromas it is known for.
