Tasting notes  
Color: Dark ruby red with black highlights.
Nose: Outstanding aromas of black cherry, wild berries and a hint of pepper. 
Palate: Complex richness, soft and round with well-integrated tannins. Aromatic, generous finish with hints of precious wood notes. 

Food pairings  
Häfelichabis (lamb and cabbage stew), red meat in sauce, game specialties, polenta, porcini risotto.  

Soil 
The vineyards of Domaine de Autecour in Mont-sur-Rolle extend over 13 hectares, where they are situated 400 to 600 meters above sea level on the hills above Lake Geneva’s right shore. The medium-deep soils on the gentle slopes consist of moraine glacial sediments and weathered molasses stone.  

Winemaking method  
The harvested grapes are vinified and aged by Domaine, in barriques
