Degustationsnotiz : zartes und elegantes Bukett mit Düften von gelben Pflaumen, süssen Mandeln, Haselnüssen, frischem Brot und einem dezenten Touch Mineralität. Im Gaumen strukturiert, harmonisch und rassig zugleich, angenehme zitronenartige Säure im Nachhall. Lagerfähigkeit 3 - 5 Jahre.

Kulinarischer Einklang : Aperitif, Spargeln, Gemüsegratin, Süsswasserfische.

Produktinformationen "Terre Alte Merlot Bianco del Ticino Doc 2022"

Rebsorten: Merlot

Weinausbau: Beim Abbeeren der roten Merlot-Trauben wird der klare Most durch selbsttätiges Ablaufen des Saftes gewonnen; darauf folgt eine sehr schonende Pressung. Der klare Most wird in Edelstahltanks bei 18 bis 20°C ausgegoren. Um höchsten Ausdruck des sortentypischen Charakters zu ermöglichen, verzichten wir auf den biologischem Säureabbau.

Farbe: Leichtes Strohgelb.

Bouquet: Zartfruchtige Finesse vermählt mit dem Duft weisser Pfirsiche, Williams Birne, und delikaten Zitrus und floralen Nuancen.

Geschmack: Frisch und fruchtig mit ungewöhnlich viel Schmelz für einen so feinzarten Wein. Anhaltender, mineralischer Abgang. Ideal für Aperitifs!

Lagerfähigkeit: Seinen vollen Charakter entwickelt der Terre Alte 2019 ab Frühlings 2020; bei optimaler Lagerung wird er bis 2023 und darüber hinaus seinen vollen Ausdruck behalten.
