This grape comes from the picturesque vineyard terraces between Sitten and Uvrier in the heart of Sitten appellation, on the slopes of the Rhône’s right bank in Central Valais, where it grows in clay soil that contains lime and slate.

Traditional winemaking method, under rigorous temperature control, fermentation in stainless steel tanks

Tasting notes
Appearance: Shimmering bright yellow color 
Nose: Delicate and fruity character of its soil
Palate: Harmonious, gentle and flattering
Finish: A pleasant long-lasting, beautifully rounded finish

Food pairings
Ideal as accompaniment for aperitifs, perch filets, seafood, crustaceans, white meat, traditional cheese dishes (fondue, raclette) and cheese plates.
