Vinification/Fermentation The grapes are pressed in traditional Bordeaux style in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and 18 months of aging in 225-liter French oak barrels (barriques).
Character Color: Dark red with ruby red reflexes Nose: Fruity bouquet with notes of sweet spice, marinated cherry and aromas of balsam, caramel and pastry cream Palate: Good fullness of flavor on the palate. Warm with fine tannins and a striking, long-lasting finish.
Serving temperature 17° C (cellar temperature). Serve in a balloon wine glass.
