Tasting notes Color: Pale light yellow, more intense over the years. Nose: Very seductive, flatters the senses with aromas of linden blossom, mandarin peel and honey. Palate: Full-bodied, fruity wine, sophisticated with a delicate character. Long-lasting finish, very elegant and harmonious.
Food pairings As an aperitif or with chicken liver pâté, fried duck liver, white meat on morel sauce, mature cheeses, blue cheese, warm fruit gratin.
Soil Terraced vineyards on the slopes of the Vétroz region with rather barren slate soil.
Winemaking method Traditional winemaking method under rigorous temperature control; fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
