Domaine du Manoir is a 20-hectare vineyard on the southern slopes of the Vaudois Jura in Valeyres-sous-Rances. The vines grow on heavy soil high in iron and limestone.
Winemaking method:
This Réserve du Domaine is vinified traditionally (mash and fermentation in stainless steel tanks) and then aged in oak barrels.
