The San Domenico winery is located in the municipality of Neggio in lower Malcantone Valley. The 3-hectare, terraced vineyard faces south and is situated 350 meters above sea level on the banks of Lake Lugano. Owned by a religious foundation, it has been managed since 1946 by Dominican nuns, who have devoted themselves to teaching, kind-hearted hospitality, viticulture and the production of a great red wine: the Merlot.
