Nose: Fruity with a hint of almond
Palate: The impressive mineral aromas lend the wine its body and strong personality. A beautiful structure, full-bodied, harmonious and elegant. A pleasant, long-lasting and very lively finish.

Aperitifs, crustaceans, asparagus, sauerkraut, curry or white truffle dishes, alpine cheese, Vacherin cheese from Joux Valley.
