Tasting notes
Color: Dense dark violet, almost black with intense plum reflexes
Nose: Black fruit aromas
Palate: Like a confetti explosion, its complex aromas are bursting with breathtaking hints of ripe fruit and toast! The oak influence is quite noticeable, but beautifully fuses with the characteristics of the grape varieties. The long-lasting finish is fruity and spicy, highlighting the wine’s overall balance to the joy of your taste buds!

Warm duck liver, oven-roasted poultry specialties (quail, goose), rabbit, spicy meat, soft cheese, dark chocolate desserts.
Soil
The grapes are rigorously selected from the best vineyard terraces on the Rhône’s right bank in Central Valais.
Winemaking method
Vinified and fermented in oak barrels for about 12 months.
