This grape comes from the picturesque vineyard terraces between Sion and Uvrier in Central Valais, where it grows on the slopes of the Rhône’s right bank in clay soil containing lime and slate.
Traditional winemaking method under rigorous temperature control; fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
