A noble cavalier, grown on the best locations on the Rötiberg. A strong ruby red with a black soul makes up this lively, elegant and at the same time heavy Pinot Noir. Its finish seems never-ending.

Winemaking
Selected Pinot Noir grapes are hand- picked and carefully pressed. After traditional mash fermentation and biological acid degradation, the wine rests in new French oak barrels.

Characteristics
Deep scents of black wild cherries accompanied by distinctive roasted and tobacco flavors characterize this wine. The fine-grained, elegant tannins stimulate all the senses on the palate. An infinitely long finish makes this wine unforgettable.

3 years in French oak barrels.

The Pinot Noir, Reserve comes from the best vineyards on the Rötiberg. The yield is reduced to 500-600gr. /m. It is a demanding wine with great aging potential. It matures in French oak barrels for 36 months before being bottled unfiltered.
