Dézaley L'Arbalète Grand Cru AOC Jean et Pierre Testutz depuis 1538

The Crossbow is the emblem of the Testuz family crest. This symbolic object had to adorn the label of this prestigious vintage! Typical of its terroir, this Chasselas has aromas of grilled and smoked, with notes of hazelnut, dried pear and quince. Elegant and intense, this white wine displays a lot of mineral tension on the palate, but without any bitterness, which is common in Dézaley. A real success, which can be drunk straight away!

Nose: Complex and intense with mineral and fruity notes accompanied by a fine touch of exotic fruits.
Palate: Elegant and intense with fruity and floral notes ending in a long and warm finish.

Food pairings
Fish terrines, fish meunière or in sauce, shellfish, chicken with supreme sauce, hard cheeses, blue cheeses.

Wine-growing terroir
It is in the Dézaley vines, built under the famous banks of pudding (a characteristic rock of the terroir), that the Chasselas Dézaley Grand Cru L'Arbalète AOC finds one of its highest expressions.
