Magnum Bianco Rovere Ticino DOC Bianco di Merlot 2024, 150cl

Varietal composition: Merlot

Vinification: The first-run must for this white Merlot is obtained from crushing and partial destemming followed by a very gentle pressing. This white must is fermented and matured in barriques of new French oak for about 8 months. 

Color: Intense straw tinted yellow.

Bouquet: Complex and intense. With delicate flower nuances, notes of exotic fruits and citrus, roasted hints like vanilla, and light nuances of herbs.

Palate: Smooth and rich. Elegant fruity and fresh, with a good structure. Mineral and persistent at the finish. Very good balance.

Dining choices: The ideal accompaniment for a wide variety of fish dishes, and breast of chicken, especially from the grill. Also serve as aperitif or with antipasti.

Aging: The Bianco Rovere 2024 will reach its full expressive potential beginning summer 2025 and will maintain its character through 2029 and beyond if properly cellared.
