Dichterwii Weiss 2023 AOC Schaffhausen

Fruity fireworks with exotic freshness, in a poetic harmony with the attachment of the Klettgau. An assemblage of the Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Müller-Thurgau grapes, which surprises with a fresh style and long-lasting pleasure.

Harvest
In September at the beginning of the grape harvest.

Winemaking
The three grape types are pressed separately and very gently. After a 48-hour cold period, a cool fermentation is initiated. This creates elegant and fruity aromas. There is a fine feeling required to make this type of wine.

Characteristics
A pleasant interplay of fullness and refreshing fruit aromas of peach, apricot and grapefruit. A real pleasure of white wine until the last sip.

Every year, the label of the Dichterwii contains a new poem by Hans Ritzmann, poet, winemaker and honorary citizen of Wilchingen.
