Nose: Aromas typical of this grape variety; resin and acacia wood
Palate: Soft and rich; excellent, rounded structure  Food pairings 

As an aperitif, with Valais dishes, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, oven-baked pike, crustaceans (crawfish, lobster), soft cheese.

Soil
This wine derives its character from the slate soil of vineyards situated above the villages of Chamoson and Fully. 

Wine preparation
Traditional winemaking method, aged in steel tanks, without the biological process of deacidification.
