Tasting notes:
Color: Bright yellow with a golden hue
Nose: Intense with the concentrated exotic aromas of pineapple and lychee
Palate: Slightly sweet with increasing freshness, confirms the pronounced notes of exotic fruit, full-bodied with a classic almond tone in the finish.
Food parings: Lobster, asparagus, curry or white truffle dishes, scallops, alpine cheeses, Vacherin cheese from Joux Valley.
