About the wine
A wine that is steeped in legend from the Valais vineyards. Dôle Blanche meets the same official quality standards as Dôle Rouge. The “grape must” is pressed immediately without any fermentation. Although Dôle Blanche is officially classified as a white wine, consumers mainly regard it as a rosé.
Character
The wine’s nose has aromas of fresh fruit with a distinct raspberry note. On the palate, it is a charming rosé wine that captivates with its freshness and its aromatic, fruity flavor.
