bright yellow colour, lightly aromatic nose, fine and subtle, fragrances of warm rhubarb and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it has a pleasant complexity, intense wih fruity aromas of rhubarb and citrus fruits. In the finish, a salty sensation typical of the Petite Arvine grape variety.
Goes along nicely with:
aperitif, oysters, mussels, lobsters and seafood, sweet water and saltwater fish terrines.
