Nose: The intensely fruity bouquet evokes ripe apricots, quinces, blood oranges, passion fruit, and physalis (“cape gooseberry”), while a hint of rosehip adds a subtle spiciness.
Palate: A lively acidity enhances the fruity impressions in the mouth, while a distinct – slightly salty – minerality adds an intriguing complement.
Finish: A very fruity, mineral finish that lingers for a long time.

Serving Temperature:
8–10°C. I suggest a cooler 8°C to enhance the wine’s freshness and fruitiness.

Ready to drink now or within about 5 years.
