Terroir : Sion, Domaine d’Uvrier

Tasting : intense, complex nose reminding of orange blossom, lilac, scents of apricot, peach, notes of almond. On the palate, it has an explosion of citrus fruit, very fresh, elegant, lemony in the finish, beautiful continuity of aromas.

Cellaring potential : 1 - 3 ans

Goes along nicely with : poultry, fish and crustaceans, duck with peaches
