The grapes of the Completer Malans were harvested on 5 October 2023 on an area measuring 0.53 hectares in Malans, at 95 on the Oechsle scale. The wine was fermented in new Burgundy barrels before maturing for nine months on fine yeast. Finally, this exquisite wine was filled into precisely 1790 numbered bottles.
