Tasting: ruby robe typical of Pinot noir wines, nose of red berries, fine and elegant. Beautiful harmony between fruitiness and tannins, remains in the mouth for a long time 

Goes along nicely with: veal and beef meat, duck breast, minced meat, fish in a red wine sauce, roast beef and cold meat dishes, cheeses 

Can be stored: matures well over the next 3 - 4 years 

Best served at: 14 - 15°C
