The Estro 2020 will reach its full expressive potential beginning in fall 2022 and will continue to develop in character through 2030 and beyond if properly cellared.

Vinification:
Vinification in the bordelaise style with a maceration period of 12 - 16 days in stainless-steel tanks maintained at a temperature of 26 - 30°C. Depending of the varietal composition and the structure, the wine is matured in new (80%) and one year old (20%) French barriques for 12 till 17 months. The four varietal compositions are vinified separately and assembled just before bottling.
