Our house’s Pinot Noir is fit for a king. As the only red grape variety in the canton of Neuchâtel, it is entitled to the bear the appellation of controlled origin label (A.O.C.). This is also the case in Burgundy, where the grape comes from.
Ruby red with a hint of red fruit and hazelnuts, it is a very fine wine with beautiful depth. This wine is an excellent companion to poultry and red meat.
Some prefer to drink it young, impetuously and impulsively. Others prefer it more mature, tamer, more complex and also milder. At this point, the wine is about three years old, doesn’t have any wrinkles yet and can be enjoyed in its best years.
