Poire Williams

Fifty percent of our Williams pears come from our own orchard; the rest are from Valais. We place great importance on crushing the fruit at exactly the right time, since this has a big influence on a brandy’s aroma. After fermentation, the fruit is distilled as quickly as possible. When all these factors converge, the best result is produced.
