La Closerie öffnet ihre Türen für Sie!
Der Name Closerie bezeichnete früher eine kleine geschlossene Domäne. Dieses Erbe liegt weit in der Vergangenheit, denn diese rote Assemblage empfängt Sie mit offenen Armen. Sie zeigt eine wunderschöne, sehr tiefe Farbe mit violetten Reflexen und bietet Aromen von kleinen schwarzen Früchten, unterstrichen durch Lebkuchennoten. Die kraftvolle, aber geschmeidige Struktur macht diesen Wein zu einem ausgezeichneten Rotwein für Wildgerichte, Terrinen und Pasteten.
Weinbauregion
Die Weinberge befinden sich eingangs des Waadtländer Chablais, an leicht abschüssigen Hanglagen. Das Mikroklima der Region eignet sich bestens für das Gedeihen der beiden Rebsorten. Die mittelschweren tonerde- und kalkhaltigen Böden sind stark mit Gestein durchsetzt.
Weinbereitung
Traditionelle Weinbereitung mit etwas ausgiebigerer Maischegärung. Ausbau während 9 Monaten in Eichenfässern.

Undurchlässiges sehr dunkles Rot, mit weichselkirschenfarbenen Reflexen.
Nase
Aromen von kleinen schwarzen Beeren, Röstnoten und Vanille.

Wildcarpaccio, Pasteten, geschmortes rotes Fleisch, Wildspezialitäten, gesalzene Kuchen, Époisses.
