Soil
This wine thrives on the beautiful vineyard terraces that line the hills of Central Valais.

Winemaking method
The grapes are pressed when they arrive in the cellar and briefly macerated. A traditional winemaking method is then used and fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
