About the wine
In the fall in the Bündner region, the “Föhn wind” replaces the warm maritime climate and is the winegrower’s true ally, always helping to fully ripen the grapes on the steep slopes. Malans is one of the top wine-growing regions in German-speaking Switzerland. The “grape must” is fermented in a traditional procedure and aged in stainless steel tanks.

Nose: Wild berries, cherry, with spicy notes.

On the palate: Velvety smooth palate entry, strong and full-bodied mid-palate, lingering, dry finish.
